Easiest way is to pop the fuse cover off of the fuse box, on the bottom of the cover there will be a diagram of the fuse layout. there should be one that says cig or something like that. find the corresponding fuse, check it to see if its blown. (pull it out and look through the side, if the little strip of metal that runs through the top is broken, its blown, if not, it isnt.) if you cant find the fuse box or if you cant find the fuse, i suggest one of two things. Go to an auto parts store and pick up the repair manual for your vehicle (always a good thing to have anyway) and it should indicate where they are. or you can go to alldata.com and sign up for a year for ten bucks and you will have the most elaborate and well thought out repair manual that you can get outside a dealer. happy hunting!
