If the key fits the doors also, you can take the passenger door lock cylinder to a locksmith and they can cut a key to fit. I almost had to do that a few years ago and was quoted $35 for the whole process if I brought the cylinder in and reinstalled it myself. If the same key fits the doors you will have to leave it unlocked and totally accessible to everybody on the street, and there are a lot of thieves out there.
