Ok first off, I take it the wheezing you spoke of means that it cranked, turned over, and actually ran (kinda) but before it could really start running it kind of sputtered back out. Now it will not restart or come even close? I also don't believe that your fuel lines are frozen. There is no condensation inside a gas tank, unless you don't have a gas cap, or have been leaving it very loose. It actually sounds like a much more normal malfunction. It sounds like a bad fuel pump to me. These are in the tank, which means you'll have to buy one (sadly not cheap compared with the rest of the Camry parts you find on these engines) and have someone install it. Unless of course you feel like you (and your tool collection) are competent enough to drain and drop the tank, get the fuel pump out and back in, and put it all back together.
