The is a process, but the best thing to do is to get the service/user's manual on the required specific steps to do it. These steps will tell you what you need to remove first, in sequence. As for the radiator, you'll need to drain it and dispose of the anti-freeze accordingly. When the new radiator is installed, you'll need to fill it and let it run for a few minutes as the fluid works into the engine block. Stop the engine, let it cool a bit, and fill it up again. Do this a few times to insure the cooling system is adequately filled with fluid.
