uhh on a truck? if you got a hard Tonneau Cover you could install a spoiler onto it. They usually install with bolts, be sure to use lock washers or lock-tite. I would not get a spoiler, but a Tonneau Cover will help reduce drag and give you a slight increase in miles per gallon.

What generation 4runner do you have? 3rd gens Ive seen in Japan have great after market spoilers like JAOS etc. You will need to drill into the rear lid to mount.
