Yes we all know they are sticking but I am looking for specifics, what part, what went wrong. Pictures would be great.

check your throttle body for carbon buildup . mainlybehind the plate . disconnect the throttle cable and other cables and move the plate slowly feeling for any sticking . if it sticks at all or there is any carbon buildup remove the throttle body and clean with non aerosol degreaser and a rag.
