91 Toyota Tercel would start car. Put in drive and it would stall.No engine light at this...
...time. At least it st? After doing a tune up. New spark plugs and rotor. The cap I bought, from a car store,is for a 92. The guy says a 91 and 92 wires are the same. For a 91 toyota tercel. The firing is 1-3-4-2 on engine. On the cap the wires are already attached, on the cap it should be top two left to right 1-3. And on the bottom of the cap should be 2-4. And there is a mix of the two wires 3 and 4. Are positioned wrong on the cap.Could this be a problem that it wont start now. And also I am not getting spark. But with the old wires it at least started. Did I make a mistake and bought wires from a car store instead of a dealer?
