Don't worry. if your car is subject to a recall there won't be any "deadline" - probably ever. Manufacturers can't put a "deadline" on safety. You should get a recall letter IF your address is correct with them. Are you the first owner of the car? do you live at the same address when you bought the car? Is the car properly licensed and registered at the address where you live? Sometimes people wont get notified because the manufacturer CAN'T FIND YOU. is your car leased? sometimes Lease companies get recall letters and they dont pass them along.
If you call your Toyota dealer and give them your VIN number (Off the dash or the door tag) they should be able to tell you which recalls apply to your car.
