"Stuck in park" is usually because the brake light fuse has blown. When there's no power to the brake light switch, it can't power the shifter interlock solenoid, so you can't shift out of park. You can override that function though - near the shifter stalk, there is a small plastic cap that you can pop off, revealing a slot that you can insert a key into, which allows you to shift out of park. You still won't be able to start the engine in any driven gear (park or neutral only), but you should be able to drive it around. Don't drive it on the road until you get some functional brake lights though.
That said, it sounds like your problem may be more involved. It sounds like you have either multiple fuses blown, or a power supply failure to the fuse panel. Power supply failure could be any number of things, so I recommend finding a qualified technician to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem.
Good luck.
