Default i am looking to buy a 1991 toyota celica. is it worth the buy with having 200,000 miles?
I need to know what im looking at for total miles for this car. Meaning, How many miles do I really have left on the car if i maintain it well?

Toyotas are very reliable, you might get a year or so out of it? You might get more.. not sure really































Good luck buying it and don't blame me if it doesnt move :P

There is no magic formula. Mechanical systems if maintained well will last a long time. It is worth buying if the car has good pickup, not blowing smoke, or front end rattles real bad going down the road or when you hit bumps.































I'd pay 900 - 1000 for it

IT IS HARD TO SAY IF IT HAS BEEN TAKEN GOOD CARE OF IN THE PAST THEN WITH PROPER MAINTENANCE IT SHOULD HAVE SEVERAL MILES LEFT IN IT

maybe depending on how well is was kept if it still looks ok then it would be ok to buy

look up your make and model in consumer reports.Toyota's usually last a long time like Honda's. I am guessing maybe another 30, 000 miles if you are lucky. It depends if the previous owners took care of it as well. Normal years worth of mileage for a typical car being driven is 12,000 miles per year. I am guessing you may have a year or two left.

You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here - carinsurance.deep-ice.com
