Passenger Door Will Not Open From the Outside?

Default Passenger Door Will Not Open From the Outside?
2002 Toyota Corolla. A freakish winter storm and after the next morning's semi-thaw when I try to open the passenger door, the handle pulls a bit on the left and the door will not open. The door opens easily from the inside and closes with no problem. What did I do and can it be fixed without involving the dealership ($$$)?

that happened to my camry before. the door wont open from the outside. i fixed it by buying a 90 cent door pin from the dealer. what you need to do is open up the door panel by unscrewing a few screws. and look inside near the door handle and you will find a something that looks like a clip or pin. its not hard to do, its just tedious. just youtube how to remove the door panel. and why you are at the dealer buying the part just ask for a pin for you door handle.
