Toyota has gone down hill in quality because they have been asleep at the wheel, cooing like babies, collecting billions from Americans, and ignoring every thing else but the almighty dollar...even if it means human lives killed by defective vehicles.
No they are not...You would be surprised that the u.s. car maker have their parts made in canada,china and mexico is a very big supplier...Remember the free trade agreement?
No, a lot of their cars are made in the US by Americans. However, they do import a lot of their parts from China, Mexico, etc. That's when they start having quality issues.
