Default i just bought a 95 toyota camry and the check engine light is on is there a way to turn it off?
i need to get the car inspected but i kno it will fail with the check engine light on it only has 101,000 miles and when i got it 2 weeks ago it had a good inspection from that state recently,so is it possible that the light is on cause it recently went over 100,000 miles.if not is there a way i can turn the light off when i get it inspected so it can pass

Bring it to a dealership ... it might literally be nothing.

Fix the problem. Resetting the light without fixing the problem wont prevent it from coming right back on.

Might be nothing. - Sometimes those lights go on for scheduled service.















Betcha 100K is on that list.

Take it to the dealer. It's probably overdue for a maintenance service. When you bring it in for that, they'll turn it off for you.































It is annoying.
