Default 2009 Camry engine swap?
How much time & money will it more than likely take me to get an engine swap on my Camry? I want to swap out the current I4 2AZ-FE engine for a V6 2GR-FE

It would be cheaper to trade it in and buy a new one. You would have to replace the motor, trans, electrical harness, brake system, suspension, ECU, and much more.

Between parts, labor, fluids and the fact that you need the transmission that goes with the V6 motor...about $12,000

Atleast $12 grand since you would need a new transmission as well































Just trade it in for a V6 Camry since its a 2009

A better choice would be a Studebaker 289 cubic inch (that's what engines were measured by when this was America) V8. More reliable, better technology.
