negative.. its not a computer where you can just pop in a cd and start adding thing.. though i could be wrong.. but ive never heard of adding it..

Yes you can. I have done it many times. Places like www.JCWhitney.com sells generic kits to add cruise control to any car. Recently I added Cruise Control to a 2006 Toyota and I bought the same kit that the dealers use, so it looks all OEM. Do a google seach for your car and you should be able to find one for the paseo as well.

Yes...most car companies offer factory add-on kits for accessories like cruise control which dealers can install and if not available for your model, car dealers also have outside companies which come in and install aftermarket units which are usually better than going on the Internet and buying one.... if you have a problem down the road, the company that installs it will warranty it...but check to make sure.
