When an American car manufacture makes recall, they're many times kept quiet...
GM has 1.5 million vehicle recall, they can catch on fire

many people have been hurt and couple deaths in these recalls
Honda's recall...one death triggered the whole media......

Because of this incident....that is what triggered the whole thing....in case if you didn't know also 34 people have lost their lives because of this....
Many believed that it was the floor mats which caused the problem. The floor mats were too big...so they eventually came on top of the gas pedal....pedal was then stuck and it was impossible to slow down.
But now, Toyota believes that it was not only the mats but the whole pedal system which was creating the problem. Because of how the pedal was treated by owner, temperature, etc....Toyota believed that eventually the pedals wore out.
Not many are convinced that this is the whole solution to the whole recall......Now many officials and some dealers believe that this still isn't over yet.....There is still a glitch in the electronic system with the throttle control.....(something with coding error)
The most interesting thing is that ONLY THE AMERICAN PEDALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL.....(not yelling)
The denso pedal, which was originally made in Japan, was not included in the recall....
Many republicans are unsure about how Japanese pedals not causing the problem but why American pedals are.
In my opinion...I think American engineering may have played into factor.....sure nationalist would definitely disagree with me and constantly give me thumbs down, and continue to abuse toyota and defend American automobile....but the fact of the matter is that it could be a possiblity.....(I didn't say that it is but I said it could be a possibility....)

Not only Toyota is being affected but other manufactures are slowly being plagued by this recall, also google Honda & Nissan Sudden Acceleration....
This is the fall of toyota....all they've been doing is getting to the top and forgetting about the main priority...their customers
Everyone expects a safe vehicle...Toyota forgot....
The government is a bit harsh on them.....I mean the government was light when the Ford, firestone recall happened....
All this has resulted into a hype....the government especially Lahood are all attacking Toyota and telling customers to buy American so they can help improve the economy...
That will barely make much of a difference, even if Toyota suffers...remember more than 14,000 jobs are at stake....in Indiana....
Toyota will continue to sink for the next 10 years or maybe even more. People have now lost faith in Toyota because they deliberately hid & destroyed all safety records....
All factual information...this was not to change your opinion....if you dislike Toyota then please keep it to yourself....
What do I think.....the government needs to look at both sides rather than blame Toyota for everything.....this is still a big hype.....I don't trust Lahood and the government....
