Why wouldn't Pres.Toyoda agree to pay runaway Toyota victims' expenses?

Default Why wouldn't Pres.Toyoda agree to pay runaway Toyota victims' expenses?
At the Congressional hearings, when asked if Toyota wold cover medical and burial costs for Americans injured and killed in recall-related accidents, Toyota President Akio Toyoda's only reply was, " I extend condolences from the deepest part of my heart.'















When the question was repeated, Toyota North American president Yoshimi Inaba intervened and stated that the company would "defer, pending legal issues, to legal counsel."















In other words, 'if the victims or their survivors take us to court and win, we'll pay'.















Apparently, 'Profit over People' remains the operative Toyota philosophy, even now.

THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ONE PENNY IF YOU DON"T PROOF YOUR CASE AND SINCE THEY HAVE EVER SAFTY DATA ALTERED AND TAMPERED AND THEY HAVE THE BEST LAWYERS IN THE WORLD THEY WILL FIGHT YOU ALL THE WAY THE PROOF THE CASE THEY BRING HIGH PAYING EXPERT TO TESTIFY WHAT THEY WANT .\















SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION ? BOYCUT TOYOTA PERIOD.















EVERY ONE NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH OUR GOVERMENT TO FIND THE TRUTH.















FILE A CLASS ACTION AND RETURN THE CARS AND GET A COMPENSATION FOR INJURIES AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

Only if other companies start doing so, GM with their exploding saddle tanks, Pinto gas tanks, Unintended acceleration of Oldsmobile vehicles, Audi -early 90's acceleration issues, Ford with their Explorer rollover problems, thats just off the top of my head















Incidentally how many people were killed in SUV rollovers in the last few years? My guess is thousands. Toyota was one of the first companies to put electronic stability control on their SUV's. You can still buy an American made SUV without stability control.
