as to the discs pads and calipers, Most likely "Akebono". They might say "Toyota" on the calipers (or maybe "Akebono"). Akebono has three plants in Kentucky USA and that is where the Avalon is exclusively assembled (now) (Georgetown near Lexington). I don't think Toyota makes any brakes "in house" in US. (Maybe does so in Japan).
