The whole world is now looking with scrutiny at the shoddy dealings of toyota. And consumers are waking up to realize they have been taken for fools by a company that claimed superior quality, but is in fact sub-par in every area. Let's hope consumers do not continue to blindly buy Toyota products without first truly looking at the record of failure that is under their belt for the last 10 years.

They are forced to answer to governmments all over the world. The quality of all cars even the worst has made huge improvements over the last decade. Toyota was once a leader, now profits are # 1 in importance and they thought they could save money with cover ups

Doesn't surprise me. They've brainwashed most of America including the people who let them in. Good for Canada for stepping up to Toyota's corner cutting.
