I have an older Corolla elect schematic that shows the radio and clock being fed by the CIG fuse - go figure. that would be for the cigarette lighter. That fuse will be in the under dash panel. if your radio and clock have quit - probably your cig lighter is not working either. If it is burned/shorted out - it could be blowing the fuse. So check the lighter. Or any battery chargers or power plugs you may be putting in the lighter socket. Also something might have gotten into the lighter socket causing it to short out. (like paper clip or such). I once saw a lighter socket that caught fire because a ball point pen fell into it.
