About my step mom and a gift?

Default About my step mom and a gift?
My step mom always hated me since she married my dad since my dad and I are close. We often go fishing and on trips together and she is jealous of this even though we DO invite her to come with us. My dad often visits my wife and I especially on Sunday but she won't come. Now she says she realizes how wrong she has been and to make up for all of it she wants to give my wife and I her old car which is a Toyota Prius and she wants it to paint it first and tell my dad she sold it. She also wants me to tell my dad that we bought it from a dealer thinking he will believe it since it is a different color. She claims she just doesn't want him to know that she is doing nice things for my wife and kids yet.















Should I tell my dad about this or just be quiet and accept this nice gift ???

You have to ask yourself why she wants to keep it quiet. Your father must know his wife's feeling towards you and your wife. You would have thought that she would want to shout it from the rooftops that she is being nice. So who do you owe your loyality to - your father or your stepmother?

Dude she ISN'T being nice, she is hoping that the accelerator will get stuck with YOU driving it....

hahahhaaaaaaaaaahahahhahaaa. i hope this is a joke. if not, it is the lamest assassination attempt ever. like those stupid people that hire an undercover cop to kill their spouse. she wants to kill you, and blame it on toyota. or this is her very clever passive aggressive way of saying, "FU*K YOU!"
