There are some"limited edition" 4WD Celicas but I hear they are hard to find.

Some Celicas were RWD (original one's through 1985). They had All-trac (AWD) Turbo option from 88-93.

The 1994-1999 Celica GT-4 (also the fastest factory spec celica ever made) was AWD.































They were not produced for the U.S. market though.

The early celicas (first-third i believe) were rwd, not so fast though. I think around the 4th generation the converted to fwd. Then in the fifth gen on to the sixth the came out with the all-trac and gt4 which were awd models. The standards for this generation however were still fwd. The seventh gen which is the last ones they have made were fwd.
