I've been told by a Toyota employee that their staff, especially administrative and technical, are overworked and stressed, as well as highly embarrassed. Sales staff are worried about their jobs, and hard-pressed to convince potential buyers that their product is safe. Some assembly plants have reduced shift requirements and hirings. It's expected that layoffs will ensue within a month.

as everyone know that Toyota is all over the news....any small problem and it hits the media.































Now what's gonna happen is that the employees have to work more than 20 hours a day to get their customers vehicles fixed.































Eventually Toyota might see in sale drop, will affect the dealer, as well as the company, with low on money, Toyota will eventually start firing off workers just to save $$$.































All this would do is increase our unemployment rate.
