I would switch to Castrol 20w-50. Unless you live in Canada or Alaska, it will work fine.
But 121K miles is not a lot.
If you have a leak, fix it.
Put cardboard under it to catch the drips and see where it is leaking.
One mistake people make is that they think if you use oil, you don't need to change it.
That is false.
The contaminate oil ruins the new stuff you add, with acids, water, etc.
The oil has to go somewhere.
Does the tailpipe smoke?
