2002 corolla exhaust manifold leak . noisy but no check engine light .?

Default 2002 corolla exhaust manifold leak . noisy but no check engine light .?
Car runs great but noisy due to exhaust leak. fuel mixture is fine and mpg is fine ( 37 on highway. )















I'm guessing if it was gonna trip check engine light it would have done so by now.















To fix or not to fix, that is the question? Anyone else with similar experience?

If it were me I think I would have it replaced. If you can d.i.y. even better. Sometimes a little problem is okay, but can lead to a bigger one, especially if there are other little problems. It might be worth a small headache now instead of a big one later.
