I think it's somewhere near the air filter.

There may be more than one. Look on the kick panels under the dash. The main engine and cooling system relays and fuses might be in anothe fuse box under the hood. Your owner's manual will show you where they are. Chiltons Auto repair manual will tell you, if you don't have an owner's manual.

There is one in your engine bay directly to the left of your battery. And one inside the car right beside the hood pop leaver... you will have to get on yours hands and knees to see.
