If you did a search you would find 2 dozen posts by me about how bad aftermarket HID conversion "kits" are. But, I'll post it again (3rd time just today, sadly). HID aftermarket conversion "kits" are illegal in any car. The stock halogen housings are not meant for the light output of the Xenon HID bulbs and throws the light everywhere instead of focusing it like in an HID reflector or HID projector. This makes them illegal due to the amount of glare to oncoming drivers. The only way to do HID's properly in a new car, is to either buy the HIDs from Toyota, or do a retrofit conversion. This involves cutting up the stock headlights to integrate a true HID reflector or projector that has auto-leveling, and wiring up all the lights.
