Most vehicles for about the last 30 years have had a shut-off incase of an accident. They will have a reset button normally under the hood of the vehicle, but you will need to check your operators manual to find the location. If you no longer have the owners manual, call a Toyota dealer and ask the service manager where the fuel pump reset is located.

mine was in rear compartment around gas tank opening had to pull side panel down.one other spot to check is inside wheel well compartment,
