How can i lower a car without messing up the shock absurbers?

Default How can i lower a car without messing up the shock absurbers?
my dad has a 95 corolla, and its springs are cut, and he wants to put it to stock ride height, and he might give it to me, and i want it to stay low, so i don't have to lower it when i get it. i want to know if i can lower the springs without making the shock absorbers blow up quick. please help if there is any way, they said to put stock springs, but short shock absorbers, but that barley lowers it.

by buying aftermarket shocks.. but why waste money?
