I lost my remote for my alarm!?

Default I lost my remote for my alarm!?
I can't turn on my car















I have my keys but the remote broke off















and I lost it?















can I disable the alarm?















how?

I'm not sure if this method will work for your alarm (is it factory or aftermarket), but it has worked for me in the past with most factory alarms.































Disconnect your battery, turn the key into the on position, then reattach the battery. If it works the alarm should be deactivated and you should be able to start your car. However, if your system has a timer it will arm itself again as the alarm system is still going to be operational.































Most aftermarket systems have a switch to deactivate the system, you might want to look for one. Otherwise the best solution is to get a new remote or ask the place that installed the alarm (or the dealer) how to deactivate it.

Well i think it could be done by an expert so better to go to someone who knows about it because the alarm must have to be removed, it can't be disabled without remote

Ok my mom has the same issue ever since our car got broken into our alarm has been quite moody and we found that the remote doesnt work so what we do is we take the car key and you put it into the lock on the DRIVERS SIDE only it will unlock the car and deactivate the alarm and then take the car to toyota to let them replace the imobilizer system its about 1,000 dollars but its better that you do that instead of having someone else find the remote unlock the car and hot wire
