2007 Camry tire sensor failure?

Default 2007 Camry tire sensor failure?
Some one added Fixaflat and now the sensor does not work















The product was removed and several months later a sensor quit. I can purchase a replacement but can the old one be cleaned and reused? By the way, the dealer quoted $275 to replace.

You can try a service kit but you are better off replacing it

Its ruined. That stuff get inside right where the sensor detects the pressure. You will have to buy another one
