How to take out tire on Corolla S?

Default How to take out tire on Corolla S?
I have an 05 corolla s. I have a flat and I was going to temoporarily replace it with a donut. I took of the lug nuts and raised the vehicle. However the tire is stuck! I took the emblem of in the middle of tire but there was no screw holding it from the rim. I can't seem to get it out by force? Does anyone know how to remove my tire?

a hammer on the rubber from different angles should do it

try putting one lug nut back on, screw it in about 1/4 to 1/3 on. then sit on the ground and stomp on the tire. should come off. lug nut is to protect you from the rim and tire falling onto you.
