You can, but it is very impractical because OEM Nav is seriously overpriced. With all the competition from phones and the like that include GPS, you can get a very good portable GPS for under $200. You could carry it in your pocket when you get out of the car, for goodness sake. When it comes time for map upgrades, the OEM will need to be upgraded at the dealer, and you will pay through the nose, not counting the map's price. Portable GPS can be upgraded by the user, though the maps still can be pricey. You get what I'm trying to say, but if you insist on getting the OEM Nav, you should know the disadvantage.
