Camry 95 (4-cyl) vibrates at idle. Shaft balance or torque converter ?

Default Camry 95 (4-cyl) vibrates at idle. Shaft balance or torque converter ?
I have new engine mounts, new harmonic balancer, new T-belt and then more ... and the car still vibrates at 750-800 rpm. Shifts good, runs smoothly otherwise. Perfect at high rpm. No code.















I feel the vibration more when the car is in gear, and less when in neutral.















I also hve 224,000 miles. Any idea what can be wrong ?

you need a new alternator, that is your problem

You said you changed the engine mounts. There is also a transmission mount under the car. Did you check it?
