Default What consist of a Tune up on a 1994 Toyota Camry v6?
I wanna get a tune as i hear it would be good for the cars mpg and others things. Just not sure what all a tune really is. I know the spark plugs are change.

Changing spark plugs to high performance spark plugs will increase performance and fuel consumption,















Go on the internet to any TRD website to order and install TRD parts (recommended as it keeps the warranty of the vehicle intact)















What do you want? Better fuel consumption? Better performance?

Change sparkplugs, plug wires, fuel filter, PCV valve,air filter.

Take it to the dealer and pay $250 to have it tuned up. You need new sparkplugs- you can do that. You need the valve clearance checked. You don't want to do that yourself- trust me. You need the cambelt checked and the throttle body cleaned. You need the oil changed and the transmission checked. Your cooling system may need flushing and refilling. They will check the brakes and roadtest the car. If you have any oil leaks, getting that fixed will be extra.
