Toyota or Nissan Dealership Job?

So i was driving by some dealerships and I found some "Now Hiring" signs at a Toyota and Nissan Dealership and I am just about to graduate from high school and I was thinking that would be a great start for a job. First off, do you think they are only hiring for salesmen, if not, maybe I can learn? I have no work experience, but besides that maybe I could file or do something else? Do you think I have a chance? How would I even ask for a resume? Any suggestions if I should or shouldn't and which one I should go for? Does anyone have any experience working with these businesses?

I don't know if this helps, but I got accepted to a Polytechnic School's Engineering Program as well... Would that help?

they,ll more than likely start you off in new car preparation and that's an easy job to start with,then you can work your way up to another position,many years ago i started out at a porsche dealership and worked my way up real fast,they also sold v-w,s ,if i was you id stop in and ask, it doesn't hurt to ask someone,id say right now their hiring a lot of people for different things though because despite the recent problems they have had, their sales is still real strong,you wont ever know until you ask though,good luck with it.

I worked at a Chevrolet dealership in the make ready department where they clean up the trade ins and new vehicles before they are delivered to the customer. It was real easy, they ran the car through an automated wash and our job was to dry them off afterwards, add some tire shine, take all the plastic off the seats, steering wheel, etc.. and then remove the sales sticker and the floor mats and manuals from their packaging, gas the car up and pull it around front. It was real easy and actually kind of fun.
