I'm think fuel injection service or fuel filter replacement is needed. The timing belt is a slim possibility but not likely. Check the tension anyway as it could be the culprit. Again it's not likely put possible. BTW, that's a sweet and kinda rare car. They didn't make that many LEs for that vintage and they were only made 1993 and 1994. The LEs were the only Corollas with the light panel that went across the back of the car. The others for that year didn't had a black one.Later DX models offered the light panel but only the 1993 and 1994 LEs had the plush upholstery, nicer seats, tachometer and power mirrors for that vintage. Look around for another LE of your vintage and you'll see what I mean.
