How do I turn of Maint Reqd light on my Toyota Corolla?

Default How do I turn of Maint Reqd light on my Toyota Corolla?
Hubby changes my oil and we can't figure out how to turn that light off. Its super annoying! It only comes on when I'm due for an oil change.















what does rtyrty mean or whatever?

pull off the positive battery cable for 20 seconds then return to battery and start the car

it is not hard, first you need to know where your trip button is.















Depending on what year it is you need to be on ODO or TRIP 1.















While the car is stopped and off push and hold the Trip button, then turn the ignition on. the display will turn to 5 dashes and count down one at a time. When they all dissappere and the original display returns then let go of the trip button and you are done.
