The proper tire pressure for your car can be found on a sticker on the door jamb of your car, probably on the driver's side, when you open the door, you'll see some stickers in there, look closely and they list the tire pressures.































Bear in mind that those numbers are for "cold" pressure, too, so, if you've been driving for a while, your tires heat up and the pressure goes up, so account for that when you fill them.

There's a label on the inside of your driver's door jam with different specs on your car (ie. color code, month made, tire size, etc). It will also have the recommended tire pressure on there. Just open the driver's door and look. Don't worry about the tire pressure written on the tires unless the recommended pressure exceeds what the max on the tire says- which more than likely won't happen. If the label on your door jam says (for example) 30 psi, go with 30 psi even if the tire states max at 44.
