Those would be the 1999 through 2003 models of Solara. Do be aware that these models were Camrys with engine sludge problems, where the engine burns up and seizes because a defective engine design which Toyota denied for years until they were sued. It is particularly true of the V6 Solara and Camry engines. They then admitted it and agreed to fix them...but only if they are under 7 years old. In general Toyota blamed the consumers for the engines blowing claiming the owner didn't change the oil. But this was later debunked. They are also know to have defective front struts. ...I had a Solara and my struts blew at just 5000 miles. Toyota refused to pay for it claiming I hit a pot hole. I dumped both the Solara...and Toyota forever. Good luck.
