Can you have a 4age 20v Blacktop in the United States?

Default Can you have a 4age 20v Blacktop in the United States?
these engines are fairly cheap and wanted to swap with a 4ac, but im not sure if that engine could pass the whole emission test.















Say for example, i get it to pass emissions,















isn't their a "visual" test that i could quite















possibly fail?

If you're talking places like here in CA where the emissions is stricter, no it won't pass but I'm sure that there are states that it will pass in. Could be one of the reasons Toyota never offered it here. Awesome engine though.
