Default i drive a 2008 toyota solara. inside of the drivers door there is a black piece of metal
what is it ? it connect to the door and the car and it goes inside of the door. i need another one because somehow it broke.

I have a Corolla I recently had to get a new glass installed, anyways, do you mean a black almost flat piece of metal, that pretty much is use to cover a hole in the door frame??















If it is, I know what it is, I left it out the first time I had my window replace then, it seem like no big deal, but later on I notice that my car made this noise when I was driving as if the, door was open and wind was coming in, so I screw the piece again and problem solve...
