Yes.
It's a pretty simple modification, basically adding a wire to the fuse block is all it takes. Don't forget that once you do that though, leaving your GPS (or your cell phone, or whatever) in there all the time will be running down your car's battery when the car is off. This shouldn't be a problem for small stuff, but if you run something like a portable cooler or a laptop computer from it, you may get a rude surprise some morning when your car won't start.
