Yes very much so. I have and i didnt put premium in it one time and i took it to a maintance shop and they said because I didnt put premium fuel in it

did you read that in an owners manual,a repair manual,or a tsb?sounds like bs unless your turbo/supercharged

If the owner's manual says yes then yes. I know for certain that older Siennas are suppose to run on Premium. Newer ones I don't think so but check your owner's manual. By the way to the last answer, it's not BS. The Lexus ES requires premium and noone complains. However, the Sienna and the ES are based on the same car (the Camry V6) and use the same V6 chassis,engine, transmission, etc. If the Lexus runs on premium, then it makes since that the Sienna does too.

well manual says its recommended 91 octane or higher
