A definite maybe.... We have two brands of car seat (one for a 3 year old and one for a 9 month old, I don't know the brands and models) and we were researching the question. The rear-facing baby seat is just plain wide, and it looks like infant seats are all that way. The convertible child seat is narrow enough that we can get it on one side with the rear-facing seat in the middle as it should be. We could probably get one on the other side. The real devil is getting the latch snaps attached in the inner locations. That rear-facing seat makes it a tight fit. If it helps any, the second and third generation Prius have as much rear seat room as almost any car you will find.
