first of all front wheel drive burnouts are not cool, and are more fragile. furthermore, it is gutless and especially weak as it is a japanese car.
if you really want to try, pull the ebrake handle, or push the park brake foot pedal. put some bleech under your tires, and hit the gas.
it may not have enough power. you may need to take some weight off the front wheels with jack stands and remove one of the tires for less resistance. lol, as it is a toyota.

i drove one(crown victoria) on a coarse and we went through a set of brand new tires in about 3-4 hours. it was nothing out of the ordinary for these vehicle. and at the time it was already over 10 years old. service vehicles are always american.
