Default Timing belt 2000 Toyota Camry?
I need to know what the labour time is for an r&r of the timing belt of a 2000 Toyota Camry. Can anyone help me? I'm talking about the book time here, not how long it actually takes.















I'm just trying to figure out how much to charge my boss.

depends on what engine. 4 cylinders take about 4 hrs of labor time. sixes take about 4-5. it varies shop to shop, sometimes they up it or lower it depending on whats needed. Good luck bro.

Toyota will rock you over $1400.00 for that job. And spit in your eye as they take your money....been there with a 99 Camry.

I think most labor guides will tell you from 6-8 hours.. the latter includes the water pump if you decide to replace.































I figure it could be done in about 2 hours if you get in the "zone".
