The clutch master cylinder, pedal assembly, hydraulic lines, flywheel, clutch, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and front half shafts will need replaced. You may need to swap out the donor car's front suspension/hub assembly because the manual drive-shafts may be a different spline pattern than the automatic. The shifter linkage will have to be fabricated to fit your vehicle, but Toyota is usually good about putting the same bolt holes in all its vehicles, so most on the mounting fixtures should be in the same place in your car.
There will be some electrical wiring to play with as well.. the neutral safety switch will have to be bypassed, and possibly other things dependent on the model/year.
