2002 Highlander ac only works when button is held in.?

Default 2002 Highlander ac only works when button is held in.?
My Highlanders ac will only work when you hold the ac button in. Does the whole control panel have to be replaced or is there a way to take apart and fix a spring or something?

The switch is broken, not the dash. Replace the switch. I bet it costs way too much. Try to find one at a salvage yard. Oh, 2002... unless somebody smashed one, there won't be any in the salvage yard.
