There's no such thing as a "new toyota corolla 2008 model." This is 2010! They stopped selling them new 2 years ago. Used car prices vary widely depending on mileage, condition, options, local demand, etc...

In the US you might get a 2008 with 20,000-40,000 miles on it. If there are any 2008 Corollas left that haven't been driven yet, maybe you can get it for $12,000. 2009's, brand new in the show room are rare and are priced at close to $15,000 like the 2010's are.
